Sometimes when it's night I slip out into the lack of light There I can look up at the stars In them I see spars Or I see the way the winds spin The way the pin My soul to yours.
That smile that makes my heart bounce That makes me want to pounce That makes me want to dance That makes me want to take a chance That makes me miss you when you leave That makes me smile to when I hear you breathe.
Our winds twine together now Which makes them sing and bow You don't realize how much I watch you Sort of scared you'll leave if you knew But you're mine now so I'm happy And hope you don't think my poem is sappy.
